Where payment happens
Paid worksheets are sold through SuperProfile when a real purchase URL is configured. BritishEd's catalogue site does not take card payments itself and therefore does not process card refunds on this domain.
How refunds are handled
Refund requests for a completed SuperProfile purchase should follow the seller's SuperProfile refund or returns policy once that policy is published on the storefront. This page does not invent a separate money-back guarantee or fixed refund window.
If links are not live yet
While SuperProfile URLs remain placeholders, no purchase can be completed through those buttons. There is nothing to refund on this site for a purchase that never happened.
